Shipping policy

All products are made to order and may be produced by different fulfillment partners depending on the product and delivery destination.

Processing and delivery

Production and delivery times vary by product, destination, and availability. Estimated shipping costs and delivery information are displayed at checkout before payment.

United States orders typically arrive within approximately 4 to 8 business days after fulfillment. International delivery may take approximately 10 to 30 business days after fulfillment. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages if they are produced at different facilities.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it is available. Some shipping services or destinations may provide limited tracking.

International orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are separate from the product and shipping charges unless specifically collected at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact info@erinemalone.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes may not be possible after production or fulfillment begins.

Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

Please contact info@erinemalone.com with your order number if an order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost. Malone Media will review the issue with the applicable fulfillment and shipping partners.
